What we can do is put up a separate page containing links like yours, contributed by free software enthusiasts. Would you be willing to maintain such a page?

If so then please make a page with your link in it to start with. The title of the page can be something like "Links to technical resources related to free software."

The bottom of the page should cite the FSF-India copyright notice and a "This page maintained by:" line containing Dileep's contact e-mail address. You should also add "If you know of a free software technical resource which you wish to be linked from this page, please submit it to the maintainer" (NOT to the fsf-webmaster!).

Once the page is ready, Dileep can send it to the fsf-webmaster address and one of us will put it up on the site. Subsequent updates to the page can also be done in the same way.
