i see that people are filling the fellowships and joining. Some one should take the repsonsibility of following up the correspondence. Make templates of first reply, reply after the money is recieved, reply along with the goodies etc.
Who is going to coordinate this. Let us create a list of goodies needed immediately, and take charge of them.

For the time being, we are planning to do it here (Thiruvananthapuram). Kiran suggested to Arun that they may be able to handle it there, but the arrangements are not yet finalised. We shall decide on that later.

We at Delhi are making T-shirts for FSF-I to be given with memberships registered at LA. We are also printing stickers, to be used on vehicle bumper (big ones) and on laptops or desktops (small ones).
The list of goodies mentioned on the gnu.org.in web page for fellowships are: 1. GNU/Linux Live CD 2. Bootable FSF India Associate Fellow Card 3. FSF India Tshirt 4. FSF India Cap
There is a good chance of getting caps made here. We can get the estimate for the same. I can send photos of different caps with prices. Design need to finalized for Caps.
There can be 2 alternatives for Caps, a. print the design (Text or graphic on cap) :: does not look good, relatively less priced b. get the embroidery done :: looks rich, expensive
